Búger is quite idyllic away from all main roads in the north of the island, away from traffic and exhaust fumes. The smallest community in Majorca, in perfect sublimity, sits on the last hill before Sa Pobla's potato fields. Many homeowners in Búger have a magnificent view of the Albufera, the bay of Alcúdia, the mountains of Artà in the north-east as well as the Tramuntana mountains in the west. The Finca is located in the midst of this beautiful idyll, on a very large piece of land with 3 different properties. Each plot is individual and absolutely private. The terrain is divided into the finca "Sestadors de Búger", the finca "Can Mir de Búger" and the finca "Es Rafal Vell de Búger". From here you have fast access to supermarkets, the weekly market in Búger, which takes place every Saturday in front of the town hall. To the nearest beach you can reach the Albufera in the direction Platja de Muro, in only 14 minutes. Here you will find a paradisiacal sandy beach with turquoise blue water.
The garden of “Es Rafal Vell de Buger” is very well maintained with lots of lawn. The various tree species, cacti and palm trees amidst the green areas give plenty of space to relax, unwind and stroll. The 42m² pool is pond-shaped and surrounded by lots of lawns and a chic wooden terrace. Here you will relax on comfortable sun beds or simply on a large blanket on the lawn. Sunshades and tall trees, suitable for the wood look, provide enough shade, while enjoying the beautiful view, natural landscape everywhere.
The spacious terrace area is completely finished with natural stone, just like the façades of the country house. In the covered part of the terrace is a super comfortable barbecue area with additional gas stove and wood stove. Rustic stone benches with typical Mallorcan seating cushions, and 2 large dining tables with chairs provide space for a large travel group, so that all can eat together at the same time. The farm has been restored, but the original charm has been preserved, which can be seen very well with decoration elements and original details. Just take a look and you will be amazed how many antique elements have been preserved.
The 400 m² huge house has also been restored and is equipped with modern and antique furniture. Rustic wooden beams, authentic stone flooring, marble rounded arches and natural stone walls give the interior a very special living ambience, a mixture of history and modernity. Many original equipment and installations have been preserved here and have been skilfully advanced with modern details. The lower part of the house is divided into a large entrance area, large rustic kitchen, cozy living area consisting of 2 living rooms and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. The upper floor, divided into 4 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms en suite, is absolutely clever and perfectly combined. Each bedroom is spacious, unique and equipped with trendy furniture. In addition to comfort and quality, great attention was paid to variety. All areas of the house have been designed differently and furnished with great attention to detail. Amenities include air conditioning throughout the house, free Wifi Internet, satellite TV and cots / high chairs (on request) for our smallest guests.
