Inca is the third largest city of Mallorca and is located in the heart of the island. While it is above all a residential and industrial city, the famous weekly market and wineries attract many tourists. After Palma, thanks to the train and public transport, it is one of the best connected cities on the island. For those who rent a car, Inca is just a few minutes from the highway that runs the island, making it an excellent location for anyone wanting to explore the island. It is very easy to get from here to the beautiful north coast of the island. Inca's biggest attraction is without doubt the weekly market, which takes place every Thursday. It is one of the island's largest markets and fills the streets of the city center with small stalls. Although mainly known as a market with a variety of leather products (Majorca's "capital of leather"), you will also find food and other types of products. Here in Inca you will also find Mallorca's largest autumn fair, the "Dijous Bo" - an agricultural fair that has since become a party with pyrotechnic shows and live music. The streets of Inca are full of cafes and bars with terraces, but the refurbished cellars and the small and cozy restaurants have become the landmark of the city.
Our great holiday house "Can Mesquida" is just a good kilometer outside of Inca in the middle of a beautiful garden, surrounded by lush palm trees and lots of green space. Rental cars can be parked directly on the driveway. The property is completely fenced and for our younger visitors there is even a playground with slide and swing in the garden. The elevated pool deck provides 12 sun loungers and umbrellas for the comfort you desire, after swimming around a few meters in the large pool (12m x 6m). The house is surrounded by a lot of terrace, ideal to chill in lounge furniture and dine at the large terrace table together. The grill master of the travel group can really unfold on the comfortable barbecue area and conjure up great menus.
The chic interior of the nature stone house extends over generous 543 m² and is furnished in a modern style. The entire living area has been designed with many windows and sliding door elements creating a 100% pleasant living environment with lots of natural light. The beautiful bright living area offers a spacious sofa area for the whole family. Funny movie nights are guaranteed. Immediately afterwards is the integrated dining area with open designer kitchen. The elegant look of the kitchen not only gives us plenty of space to work but also a lot of comfort with the most modern kitchen appliances. Cooking is really fun here.
In the back of the house is designed the sleeping area. Here you have the choice between 6 large double bedrooms (3 with double bed and 3 with 2 single beds each) and 5 bathrooms, 3 of them en suite. All bedrooms are well furnished and decorated in warm natural tones. Air conditioning and TV in all rooms is part of the basic equipment. The bathrooms are also very stylish and of high quality and equipped with different shower platforms. In a bathroom there is even a double shower with rain effect. Travel cots and high chairs are provided for our youngest guests so that all family members feel at home. Whether inside or outside, our home "Can Mesquida" is an absolutely great holiday house in the beautiful north of Majorca. If you really want to go to the beach, this is a quick 15 minute drive. Playas de Muro and also the beaches of Puerto Pollenca are due to cleanliness, security and services very popular and highly recommended. Our finca is bookable all year round and equipped accordingly. Air conditioning, heating and free Wifi Internet belong here to the finca basic equipment.

Cana Mesquida is an incredibly spacious, clean and well-equipped property inside and out. We did not want for anything during our stay - it was all there. The mid-week clean with fresh bedding and towels was a real treat.

Wir haben mit 10 Erwachsenen und 2 Babies eine Woche Urlaub gemacht. Es war wirklich ausreichend Platz, auch zwei Personen mehr wären kein Problem gewesen. Schöne neue Einrichtung, ein großer Pool und alles wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Der Service see more
