Inca is the third largest city of Mallorca and is located in the heart of the island. While it is above all a residential and industrial city, the famous weekly market and wineries attract many tourists. After Palma, thanks to the train and public transport, it is one of the best connected cities on the island. For those who rent a car, Inca is just minutes away from the highway that runs the island, making it an excellent location for anyone wishing to explore the island. It is very easy to get from here to the beautiful north coast of the island. Inca's biggest attraction is without doubt the weekly market, which takes place every Thursday. It is one of the island's largest markets and fills the streets of the city center with small stalls. Although mainly known as a market with a variety of leather products (Majorca's "capital of leather"), you will also find food and other types of products. Here in Inca you will also find Mallorca's largest autumn fair, the "Dijous Bo" - an agricultural fair that has since become a party with pyrotechnic shows and live music. The streets of Inca are full of cafes and bars with terraces, but the refurbished cellars and the small and cozy restaurants have become the symbol of the city.
Our rustic holiday house "Sa Tanqueta" is located on the outskirts of Inca, just a few minutes walk from the center. The location has the advantage that you enjoy a lot of peace and privacy and on the other hand you have everything important for your daily needs close. The large garden offers plenty of space to play. Your kids can let off steam in the football field or play and rock in the garden. The biggest highlight is of course the beautiful large pool (7.4m x 4m) with practical stepped entrance. New sun loungers and pool towels await their inauguration. The rustic barbecue area is covered and equipped with its own outdoor kitchen. It is really fun to have a barbecue with family and friends here and the pool is also in view, which is very convenient with toddlers. Behind the house there are 2 covered parking spaces if you arrive with a rental car. From there you have access to the pantry of the indoor kitchen.
Inside the house, it continues in the cozy country house style. Warm wood tones and terracotta colors create a great living ambience with lovingly designed furnishings and many details. The house has space of about 200m ² and is divided into 2 levels, with everything except the living room on the ground floor. The fact that the living room is set up, you can enjoy a great view of the surrounding countryside. There is also a terrace where you can hang laundry for example. The lower area consists of an open dining room with a tasteful wood panel, a chimney for the cooler season and a antic desk where you can conveniently check emails or maybe even write a postcard. Delicious breakfasts can be enjoyed in the rustic country kitchen, while you forge the daily schedule. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the corresponding pantry you have plenty of space to store food and drinks. The sleeping area of the house is divided into 3 pretty double bedrooms, while the master bedroom with large double bed has its own bathroom en suite. The 2 other bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, share the second bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the terrace and are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Baby travel cots and high chairs can be provided in addition. All in all, the property is a great holiday home with a high feel-good factor and great amenities. For families an ideal holiday accommodation with great extras for children.

Eine tolle Anlage, sehr großzügig mit sehr schön angelegten Garten. Alles war sehr sauber, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Klimaanlage funktionieren wunderbar. Auch der Satteliten Empfang funktioniert tadellos.

Der Haus Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geholfen. Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls vorhanden. Genauso wie 2 Kühlschränke und Spülmaschine. Wlan funktioniert auch immer. Wir können die Finca uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! |
