Family farm for 4 people with a beautiful swimming pool, large garden and barbecue area.
First, you enter the tastefully furnished living room. There are comfortable sofas, a television and internet connection. Next to the living room is a lovely bedroom with a double bed. In addition, there is a dining room that integrates the kitchen. From here, a beautiful spiral staircase leads to another bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds. Of the two bathrooms installed in the house, one has a shower and the other a bathtub.
There is much to discover in the elaborately designed outdoor area, first of all the beautiful and different seating areas, prepared on the wide terrace in front of the estate. Several garden furniture, of course in the refreshing shade. Another seating area with high-quality furniture is located on the garden porch. Next to the house, there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for professional barbecue evenings and sociable barbecues.
From here, one has good views of the enormous and well-maintained garden.
A playground has been built with a swing and a sandpit. The highlight of the outdoor area is, of course, the large pool with its comfortable loungers.
A great option for a holiday on an estate with children.

Tolle Finca, tolles Aussengelände und die Lage recht Zentral. Auto, Roller oder Rad sollte man aber haben.
Die Zufahrt zur Finca ist etwas tückisch und eng. Mit einem kleinen SUV gerade noch so machbar, größer dürfte das Auto aber nicht mehr sein.

Die Zufahrt zur Finca ist etwas tückisch und eng. Mit einem kleinen SUV gerade noch so machbar, größer dürfte das Auto aber nicht mehr sein. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen, die Schlafräume sind völlig okay, allerdings ist die Matratze im Schlafzimmer unten sehr weich. Auch die Größe der Finca ist für 4 Personen ideal. Sie muss nicht größer sein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Outdoorküche mit sep. Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Holzkohlegrill und einem einfach genialen Pizzaofen. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde von uns täglich benutzt und auch die vielen verschieden Sitzmöglichkeiten haben wir gern genutzt. Richtig toll sind die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Da freut man sich, ohne Probleme die Fenster auf lassen zu können. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. |

Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Haus auf dem Land ist, Ameisen und andere Insekten sind dort üblich sie sind mit behandelt, aber wenn Lebensmittel zurückgelassen werden, erscheinen sie nach einer Sekunde. Man muss also sehr vorsichtig sein. Was den Schimmel in der Dusche betrifft, so wurde das Silikon ausgetauscht. Es war uns eine Freude, Sie als unsere Gäste zu haben und wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute. |

Die Warmwasserversorung ist mehr als katastrophal, man hat abends nur 10 Sekunden heisses Wasser, dann sofort wieder lau und kalt. Die Dusche war unten schimmelig und dreckig, darüber hinaus konnten wir sie über eine Woche gar nicht nutzen, weil Wasser aus der Duschtasse austrat. Die zugesagte Reparatur erfolgte nicht. Die aufgeführten Spielgeräte waren teilweise nicht (mehr) vorhanden (Trampolin und Kicker fehlen). Auf die Kaution wird verzichtet, aber vielleicht sollte man sie erheben, um kaputte Dinge zu ersetzen wie Spielgeräte und defekte Mückengitter.

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca, abseits vom Trubel - und trotzdem nur 5 Minuten Autofahrt nach Alcúdia-Stadt und an den Strand. Außenbereich mit kleinen Kindern durch den Außenspielplatz ideal, zumal der Pool sicher abgedeckt werden kann. Der ist see more

Super ist die Außenküche, so dass man in der Sonne kochen oder grillen kann. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden, ebenso viele grundlegende Sachen zum Kochen (Gewürze, Öl etc.). Im Haus war es zu Beginn recht kühl und Aufheizen dauerte etwas, aber das war der Jahreszeit (Anfang April) geschuldet. Zum zweiten Schlafzimmer führt eine sehr schmale, enge Treppe, das ist also eher nichts für Kinder. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist beim ersten Mal ziemlich abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich recht schnell dran. Mit einem Auto größer als Golf wäre ich aber vorsichtig... Mallorcacharme und die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit und schnell. Hatten einmal ein kleines Wespennest entdeckt und einmal kurzzeitig kein warmes Wasser, was jeweils sehr zeitnah beseitigt wurde. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Cosy farmhouse near the village of Alcúdica.
Capacity for 4 people.
The house, of 110 m² with a rustic and charming character, offers great privacy and views of the mountain and garden. It is located in an ideal area for children and in the residential complex.
A living room with rustic stone walls, a sofa bed and a fireplace, an independent kitchen with ceramic hob, a full bathroom and two bedrooms form the ground floor of the main house. The kitchen and living room have direct access to the terrace, with its beautiful corners with flowers, shadows and tables to enjoy the calm. A barbecue area and another room with a bathroom, annexed to the main house, complete the accommodation.
The annexed room has air conditioning/heat pump.
The plot is fully fenced.
A large swimming pool and spacious gardens and terraces with porches and sun loungers are waiting for you!
