Búger is idyllically situated away from all main roads in the north of the island, far from traffic and exhaust gases. The smallest municipality in Mallorca sits enthroned on the last hill before Sa Pobla’s potato fields. Many homeowners in Búger have a wonderful view of the Albufera, the Bay of Alcúdia, the mountains of Artà in the northeast and the Tramuntana Mountains in the west. The finca is located in the middle of this wonderful idyll. In just 2 minutes you are in Buger and in 3 minutes in Sa Pobla, where you have a large selection of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies and much more free choice. Every Saturday in front of the town hall there is the weekly market in Burger and on Sundays in Sa Pobla. The next beach can be reached quickly through the Albufera towards Platjas de Muro, in just 10-15 minutes by car. Here you will be rewarded with heavenly sandy beaches and turquoise blue water ...
Here in "Raphael de Son Puça" we offering a real little paradise. The green and richly planted garden with its large pool (12m x 4m) in the heart is the ideal relaxation zone for the whole family. You can chill on sun loungers, the children can let off steam on the lawn and the grill masters among us can chirp a beer on the spacious grill terrace while the grill is being fired up. At the main entrance, all little explorers can explore some little frogs in the garden pond. The in-house orange plantation behind the house is quite impressive and skilfully rounds off the holiday idyll of Raphael Son Puça. You can park your rental car directly on the property.
The interior continues impressively. On almost 440m² you can enjoy a lot of space, modern equipment and absolutely high-quality furniture and decoration. The living area is divided on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and a super comfortable sofa, a dining area with a long wooden table that can accommodate the entire travel group. The fancy kitchen is separated by a door and equipped with a practical kitchen island. Nothing is missing in the kitchen equipment. Here you can let your culinary skills free run and pamper the whole family with delicious food. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. You can store your wines in the private bodega to get the correct drinking temperature on time for dinner. In addition, there is 1 double bedroom with bathroom and dressing room ensuite, as well as a en suite living room with double sofa bed if you want to accommodate 4 people here. There is also a guest toilet with shower on the ground floor. The other bedrooms are prepared above and consist of 4 double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms, 1 of them en suite. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold) and wireless internet. You will feel comfortable here and enjoy your valuable vacation time to the fullest, because the location and facilities of our lovely holiday house are really top and 100% recommendable ... This villa is incredible. There is so much space, the rooms are beautifully furnished, stylish and luxurious. The outdoor area is amazing, pool is well kept, outdoor kitchen was a huge plus and the beautiful orange grove was such a lovely touch. I casee more

The outdoor area is amazing, pool is well kept, outdoor kitchen was a huge plus and the beautiful orange grove was such a lovely touch. I can't recommend this home enough. Plenty of space for the 12 of us that stayed. Check in and check out was easy, there are extra costs (a deposit at the beginning and electricity and tourist tax. Local supermarkets only a few minutes drive away and drives to beaches / port towns as quick as 20 minutes by car. Recommend this place very highly!

Perfekt Lage, tolle Anbindung an alles was man braucht, trotzdem hörte man nichts außer Grillen und das Singen der Vögel. Der Service von 5 Star Home war unfassbar gut. Einziger Mangel war die spartanisch ausgestattete Küche, kochen für mehrere (9Personen) war schwierig da es an Geräten und Töpfen fehlte. Ansonsten ist diese Villa ein einziger Traum. Der Pool ist sehr groß und top gepflegt wie die gesamte Anlage. Alle Anliegen wurden unverzüglich erledigt.

Sehr schönes Haus inmitten eines Orangenhains, gute Location für viele Leute, man ist schnell am Strand oder in den Bergen. Hervorragende Ausgangslage für Wanderungen... Das Dörfchen Búger ist sehr nett und authentisch. Toller Pool.
