The fully equipped American kitchen is a highlight, with state-of-the-art appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of kitchenware. Additionally, it features a fridge and freezer so you can prepare your favourite meals.

The lounge includes a television with channels in Spanish, English and German. The house is air-conditioned with air conditioning and electric radiators to guarantee your comfort in any season of the year.

The exterior is equally impressive, with a plot of 5,000 m² that includes a garden, a 120 m² terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. The private 7x4 metre swimming pool is ideal for refreshing moments with family or friends.

The location is unbeatable: just 27 km from the golf course, 22 km from Muro beach, and 4 km from the centre of Inca. It has private parking for 3 vehicles and is surrounded by impressive mountain views.
