Villa located in the privileged area of Es Cubells with spectacular views of the sea and the island of Formentera.
The property is located on a fenced 6000m2 land in a very quiet area and close to the beaches of the South West coast such as Es Torrent, Porroig, Cala Yondal, Cala D’Hort and Cala Carbó.
In the main house we find a cozy living room with a fireplace and beautiful views of the island of Formentera. It is equipped with a TV with international and French channels, a stereo and access to a beautiful terrace. The dining room towers over the living room and has plenty of light.
American kitchen open to the dining room and living room, very well equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas plates, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, kitchen utensils and oven. Separate laundry room with washing machine, table and iron, and clothesline.
The property has a double bedroom with two single beds that can be made up as a double bed.
Another double bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
It also has two exterior bedrooms on the ground floor and with individual access each or communicating through a door that can be closed.
Exterior access to the upper floor of the house where we find two other communicating rooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower and access to the beautiful terrace.
Outside we find a large porch terrace where you can enjoy lunch and dinner with friends and family enjoying a barbecue meal and a chill out area where you can relax during the holidays always enjoying the views of the sea and the pool.
The pool is a good size 9x5m and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the Mediterranean.
In addition, the holiday house has a Ping Pong table.
