Ibizan style holiday home in a quiet area surrounded by fruit trees and pine trees.

At the entrance of the villa there is a large terrace furnished with a large wooden table for outdoor dining and relaxation areas. The terrace leads to the living room, the kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms.
The patio in the main house leads into the open living and dining room with a large fireplace. The property has air conditioning with a heat pump. The TV is small with basic satellite channels.
The living room has access to the outdoor seating area, furnished with poufs and sofas, and to an open area with spectacular views over the countryside and into the distance to the Mediterranean Sea.
From the living room you have access to the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and much more. From there we can access the rear terrace.
Main double room with 2 beds, air conditioning, bathroom with shower.
Double room with access via the patio with 2 beds, air conditioning, bathroom with shower + bathtub.
A little up the hill, you get to the beautiful pool area.
Behind the pool you can reach the 3 separate rooms with separate access and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
It consists of a double room with 2 beds 1.20mx 1.90m, air conditioning and ceiling fan, bathroom with shower. The other double bedroom has a 2m x 2 canopy bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower.
Annex with living room and a bedroom with 2 beds en-suite with shower.
The 10m x 4m pool with sun loungers and four-poster bed with a beautiful view of the landscape.
Cleaning: every 7 days
Extras: cot, high chair, wireless internet, satellite TV and safe.

IMPORTANT NOTE!

Arrival procedure and key collection:

• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.

Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.

• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):

All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).

- Check-in 07:30pm-10pm : 60€
- Check-in after 10pm: 100€

Touristic Tax:
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions)

Waste disposal:
In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).

Facilities:
In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
