Inca is the third largest city of Mallorca and is located in the heart of the island. While it is above all a residential and industrial city, the famous weekly market and wineries attract many tourists. After Palma, thanks to the train and public transport, it is one of the best connected cities on the island. For those who rent a car, Inca is just minutes away from the highway that runs the island, making it an excellent location for anyone wishing to explore the island. It is very easy to get from here to the beautiful north coast of the island. Inca's biggest attraction is without doubt the weekly market, which takes place every Thursday. It is one of the island's largest markets and fills the streets of the city center with small stalls. Although mainly known as a market with a variety of leather products (Majorca's "capital of leather"), you will also find food and other types of products. Here in Inca you will also find Mallorca's largest autumn fair, the "Dijous Bo" - an agricultural fair that has since become a party with pyrotechnic shows and live music. The streets of Inca are full of cafes and bars with terraces, but the refurbished cellars and the small and cozy restaurants have become the symbol of the city.
On a 1350 m² green garden plot stands out the great estate "Can Gual", surrounded by huge palm trees, Mediterranean vegetation and a large lawn. The 8m x 4m pool is a really refreshing oasis in the garden centre. Equipped with plenty of sun loungers, everyone will find their favorite place, whether in the shade under the pine trees or in the glaring sunshine between the pool and the lawn. The stylish barbecue was made by the host and is available for any BBQ-type. The grilled specialties can be enjoyed on the covered terrace at the house. The patio table is extendable and thus the whole travel group finds a cozy place. The terrace even has its own shower room with toilet, which is very convenient, so you do not have to go into the house every time. The floor was laid out here with wooden floorboards, so there is no risk of slipping. The entire property is fenced and beautifully private due to the high trees and plants.
The house extends over a proud 350 m², which are very comfortable and high quality. In the lower part of the house is the communal living area, which consists of a large entrance with an open living room and an integrated dining room. Originally, this room was used as a "showcase" and the real life took place in the back of the house,where is another living room here with a TV. The fully equipped kitchen which was skilfully separated from the dining and living room has everything you need in a good functional kitchen. Everything is kept pretty rustic and convinces with very good quality. From the dining room you get directly onto the terrace by the pool, which makes the table preparation very fast and easy. On the ground floor is also a large bedroom with double bed and a full bathroom.
In the upper part of "Can Gual", which can be reached via a wide marble staircase, there are the 3 further bedrooms (4 single beds, 1 double beds). The master bedroom with fisheye window even has a furnished terrace overlooking the entire garden. Here the large bathroom is shared. If you arrive with babies, we will gladly provide you with baby cots and high chairs. "Can Gual" is a very nice holiday home in which you feel 100% comfortable, whether indoors or outdoors.
