The lovely holiday house "Luxubell" is privately located on a completely fenced plot in Marratxi, very close to all amenities and only 19 km to the airport. The nearest supermarket is only 1.4 km from the house. For more extensive purchases, you can drive to the capital Palma in just a few minutes (15 km). Pretty much everything is served here, from culture to gastronomy, leisure and nightlife in all its variations, almost everything in abundance. For those who are looking for special offers or just want to spend a funny family afternoon, we recommend the Comercial centre "Mallorca Fashion Outlet", which is only 6 km away. The close connection of Marratxís to the island's capital - also through the public bus network - is a huge advantage if you don't want to drive yourself. In about 15km you can enjoy a day at the beach in Can Pastilla and El Molinar.
