The beaches of Binibeca and Binissafúller are about 5 minutes driving. It is essential to have a vehicle.
Exterior:
The land belonging to the house is approximately 11,000 square metres. The swimming pool is located on the east side of the house and measures 10 x 5 metres. Near the pool, there is a covered area for outdoor dining. The house's porch features typical Menorcan built-in sofas. The land has extensive lawn areas, olive trees, and several very peaceful areas where one can relax in the shade.

Casa San Andrea has interiors with great attention to detail and has been built with traditional island materials, recreating an old-world atmosphere but with the comfort of modern living.
Main House (two floors) for 10 people:
Ground Floor: in the central part of the house are the living room and kitchen, both with access to the front terrace. From here, access is gained to an area with 1 master bedroom (1.60m) with air conditioning and 1 double bedroom (two single beds) with ceiling fan, which share a full bathroom with bathtub. And in the other part of the house there is 1 double bedroom (2 single beds) with ceiling fan, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet and the laundry room.
First Floor: 1 master bedroom (1.60m) with air conditioning and en-suite full bathroom and 1 master bedroom (1.50) with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace with beautiful views of the countryside.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
Annex Cottage for 2 people:
Located 100m from the main house: porch, living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and small kitchen.
Note: the main house has heating for the cold months (consult additional price).
