The cozy holiday house "Bella Mar 1" is the twin house of "Bella Mar 2" is located in Barcares, the extension of Alcudia, only about 200 meters from the beach, directly next to the other Villa. Barcarés is a very popular holiday area, the so-called holiday paradise for children. Eternally shallow water makes children's hearts beat faster. There is much to discover here. So packed goggles and into the cool wet. Culture lovers prefer to stroll through the narrow streets of the old town and to indulge in local specialties in small tapas restaurants. Water sports enthusiasts can glide with their kites and surfboards through the entire "Sa Marina". A real hotspot for photographers! Our modern holiday house "Bella Mar 1" is one of our most popular holiday accommodations, with its location and comfort.The quiet yet central location near the beach is very much appreciated by all discerning travelers, with a well-tended garden on the lawn or on the pool Relax while you sunbathe under Majorca's sun, and there is plenty of shade provided by a large parasol and a covered terrace by the house.
Here is also the mobile grill, which is very welcome for culinary barbecues. Just opposite the holiday home there is a playground where your kids can play and enjoy their holiday time.

The 208m² modern interior is spread over 2 floors. In the lower area there is a cozy TV corner with comfortable upholstery and terrace access. The open dining room is integrated into the living area. The kitchen is set up separately, but has direct access to the dining area and is equipped with everything you need in a well-functioning kitchen. On the ground floor there is also 1 large double bedroom and a bathroom. The rest of the sleeping area is on the upper floor and consists of 3 modern double bedrooms and 2 lovely bathrooms. All areas in the house are equipped with air conditioning and designed with great attention to detail. On request, we will provide cots and high chairs for our youngest guests. Of course, free wifi internet is also part of the basic equipment. The entire furniture has been selected very modern and comfortable, thus providing the ideal basis for a relaxing holiday ...

The interior of the villa is spacious and modern, with a bright living-dining room perfect for family or friends gatherings. Equipped with satellite TV, CD player and air conditioning in all rooms, this Villa offers a comfortable atmosphere throughout the year. The gas kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals, and the house also has an independent laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The villa has 4 bedrooms: two with single beds and two with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom, also with a shower, serves the rest of the property. For families with children, a cot and high chair are available upon request.

Located in one of the most tranquil areas of Pollença Bay, the villa is surrounded by a natural environment and mostly inhabited by local residents. Just a few minutes by car, you will find all kinds of services and entertainment, from shops to restaurants offering local and international cuisine. The markets of Alcudia, which take place on Tuesdays and Sundays, are a must-visit, as are the Roman ruins and the nearby beaches of Muro, Can Picafort and Formentor.
