The main house of 700 m² offers 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms: 3 rooms with twin beds and 3 rooms with double beds, all air-conditioned. The ground floor houses the main living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The first floor contains the remaining four bedrooms and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable cooking, including refrigerators, ovens, microwave and ceramic hob, and the laundry area has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Upon request, 2 cots and 2 high chairs are provided (supplement 10 €/night).
The exterior of the estate extends over more than 160,000 m² with spacious gardens, terraces and interior paths ideal for walking or running. The 5×12 m swimming pool (depth 1.20–1.40 m) is equipped with 14 sun loungers and a Balinese bed, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The gardens feature seasonal fruit trees and lawn areas to enjoy outdoor meals or moments of tranquillity. There is outdoor parking with capacity for 7 cars and absolute privacy guaranteed.
The location is ideal: 1.5 km from Campos (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and medical centre), 15 minutes by car from Es Trenc beach and 40 minutes from Palma, where cultural plans and shopping can be combined. Pets and celebrations are not allowed. The tourist tax of the Balearic Islands will be paid according to regulations. 5StarsHome will be available for any query and to ensure that your stay is comfortable and without setbacks.
