This beautiful villa is located halfway between the beautiful village of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa, one of the most famous enclaves of Mallorca.

On the ground floor is the living room with direct access to the large and beautiful porch terrace with access to the garden and pool. The house has a large fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a pantry, a laundry room and a toilet. A double bedroom and its corresponding bathroom complete the lower part of the house.
