This beautiful villa is located in the north of the island, between the historic villages Sa Pobla and Muro. Mallorca offers more than 300 days of sunshine a year, ideal conditions for your perfect holiday. Due to the excellent location of our house, many spots and beautiful places can be reached very quickly and easily. In order to cover the daily needs of your self-service, you only have to go to Sa Pobla, a 5 minute drive away. In this typical Mallorcan village you will find everything ... supermarkets, petrol stations, doctors, pharmacies, weekly market, restaurants, bars, bakeries and much more. The nearest sand beach is also easy to reach with your rental car, in only 12 minutes. The route takes you directly from the villa along the S'Albufera nature reserve to one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe “Platjas de Muro” (Blue Flag Award). There you will enjoy the clean sandy beach with turquoise, kneaded water, ideal for families with children. Here you feel like in paradise.
Our Villa Eden Son Manyo is located on a quiet piece of land, divided into 4 different properties. Every property on the complex "Son Manyo" is very spacious and offers a lot of privacy by a wonderful solitude. Already the driveway of the 15,000 m² large plot lets you imagine that this is a very modern and comfortable property. The large, well maintained garden is laid out with lawns, typical Mallorcan plants, shrubs and palm trees. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and the Tramuntana Mountains. The large round, Roman-style swimming pool (11m diameter) offers plenty of space for swimming and refreshing. The pool area is equipped with very comfortable sun loungers, parasols and umbrellas. The beautiful barbecue area is equipped with a reed roof and thus also provides shade and protection during the meal. Space and comfort are also available here. Here, especially good fresh food can be prepared, which was previously obtained at the weekly market or the Butcher in Sa Pobla.
The ultra-modern interior has a proud size of 239m² and is divided on 2 levels. On the ground floor is the large living room with an absolutely comfortable sofa set, ergonomic chairs and satellite TV. Immediately afterwards there is an open dining area and a fully equipped designer kitchen, which is integrated in the open style. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Of the 4 double bedrooms, 3 are in the lower living area (1 of them with double bed and bathroom en suite, 2 with 2 single beds each and bathroom to share). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and are very tastefully decorated. One of the 2 bathrooms in the ground floor even has a corner tub with whirlpool. The upper sleeping area can be reached via a staircase secured by railings. There is the 4th double bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. Also here is an air conditioning installed. Baby cots are available on request, as well as high chairs. Gratis Wifi internet can be used throughout the house. All in all, a wonderful holiday home which really offers everything you would want in a relaxed holiday.

The best villa I have ever stayed. Privacy and peacefulness, beautiful pool. Large bedrooms and open space for kitchen- dining. Everything about this place was great. We have super communication with the office. Andrea gave us lots of useful information. We traveled with our friends and both had so much space and comfort. Enjoyed barbecues and eating outside beside pool in a gorgeous surroundings make our holidays very special. Will love to come back in a future and want to highly recommend to future guests

It's a fabulous villa in a lovely location. Sa Pobla is a beautiful place and is well placed to get to Can Picafort and the beaches of Muro.
We had a number of issues with the villa (broken fridge/freezer, internet not working, blocked drain in a ssee more

We had a number of issues with the villa (broken fridge/freezer, internet not working, blocked drain in a shower). When we contacted 5Stars they sent someone out immediately but it felt like the guys who came didn't believe we had any issues, they stayed for about 10 minutes, without doing much and then left. The issues remained. We contacted them again 24 hours later and they replaced the fridge/freezer that day, cleared the drain and fixed the internet. The service was great when it arrived but we lost quite a bit of produce with the broken freezer that we had to throw away. Overall though the villa was fantastic and 5StarsHome were very attentive. |

The villa could be stocked a little better. There are very few glasses/tumblers and barely any cooking utensils - one wooden spoon and a few (some/most broken) tongs, fish slices etc.

wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Eden Son Manyo verbracht und uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles hat gepasst - das schöne, große Haus, die tolle Einrichtung, Betten, Handtücher, Schränke, Küche, Waschmaschine…. - einfach herrlich und gemütlich. Und dann noch eine Woche Sonnenschein, die schnuckeligen Schafe hinterm Haus, das freundliche Willkommen - danke Jutta! - der Obstkorb, die Tipps, der Kontakt zu Simon, dem Tennis-Coach, mit dem Leni und ich viele schöne Stunden auf dem Court verbracht haben… Auch das ganze Buchungsprozedere war so herrlich unkompliziert. Wir können uns vorstellen auch mal wieder zu kommen. Da wir nicht so gerne an die großen Strände sondern eher an die kleinen Buchten gehen, ist da Pobla für uns nicht ganz ideal da wir immer ca. 1 Stunde fahren mussten. Ansonsten ist es auch super, dass man über 5 Stars einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner hat. Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, wird sich sofort darum gekümmert.
