The spacious Finca "Sa Blanquera" is located on a 15000sqm, very well-kept property on the edge of Sa Pobla, overlooking the Tramuntana mountains. Sa Pobla is a typical Mallorcan village with a lot of charm and character and is only 10km from the beautiful sandy beach "Platja de Muro". Apart from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, etc., Sa Pobla also has a great weekly market which runs through the whole village every sunday (more info in our Free 5StarsHome App). There you will find many treats and everything your heart desires. Thanks to the excellent transport links, you can quickly get to any point on the island, so you can do your errands without hassle and enjoy your holiday undisturbed.
A long driveway through the typically Mallorquin-planted plot leads to the impressive country house, which reflects the typical Mediterranean style with blue window shutters and an old pink facade. The whole plot is planted with olive trees and palm trees and a lot of green lawns. The generous outdoor area is absolutely private due to its rural location and offers a high factor of privacy and freedom of movement. On the left side of the house is a huge parking area for up to 6 car hire available. Behind the house is the beautiful pool area. The emerald shimmering salt water pool has an impressive size of 5m x 10m and is easily accessible via steps. Comfortable sun loungers around the pool are available. The garden offers plenty of space to relax or unwind, and all with a wonderful view of the countryside and the Tramuntana mountains.
The interior also holds what it promises. Through the main entrance you enter a large entrance hall from which you either reach the upper or lower living area. The lower part consists of a huge dining room with an XXL table for at least 12 persons. The dining room is very bright thanks to the large windows and offers a wonderful view of the pool area and garden. The next fully-equipped kitchen is very modern and tastefully decorated. The stylish cooking island immediately gives the room a "feel-good impression". Here you can enjoy a glass of wine while you simmer. The decor leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, deep fryer, toaster, water cooker and juicer and additional dining table is really everything available. From here you also have access to the rear terrace by the pool area. The terrace is furnished and partly covered. The ideal place for a full breakfast. Behind the kitchen is also one of the 2 utility rooms with washing machine and dryer. From there you can reach 2 double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed (1,35m) and a bathroom to share. On the right side of the dining room is the cozy living room with large, very comfortable sofa, flat screen TV (satellite TV), integrated wall-mounted fireplace and lovingly designed decoration. Here on the ground floor is also 1 double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom located. Back to the entrance hall you reach the upper living area via a marble staircase with decorated railings. There you will find another "Hall", which can be used for book reading in the relaxation chair, piano playing or telescope viewing (5StarsHome Tip - especially recommended for star-shaped Mallorcan night). From here you reach the main bedroom with double bed, dressing room, en suite bathroom and large terrace. On the other side of the stairs there are 2 additional double bedrooms with bathroom en suite, another dressing room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a study room, for those who are on business or simply want to go back. In the lower floor of the house you can keep fit and train on different equipment. Another bathroom with shower is also installed here. All the equipment is very high quality and tastefully attached. The country house "Sa Blanquera" is an ideal accommodation for those who do not want to sacrifice comfort and quality. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and Wifi Internet.
