Traditional farmhouse from the 18th century, located in one of the quietest and most charming places in the north of the island, 5 minutes by car from San Miguel, 12 minutes from Playa de Benirrás and Puerto de San Miguel.

The farm is distributed over two floors. On the lower floor we find a large living room with direct access to the terrace and outdoor porch.
Cozy fully equipped kitchen with juicer, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, kitchen utensils, microwave, oven.
We find a double bedroom with an outside bathroom and two bedrooms with 2 single beds. In addition to a full bathroom outside the house.
On the ground floor side there is a double bedroom with fireplace and en-suite bathroom, with direct access to the patio.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a small living room with TV and beautiful views of the countryside.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The exterior has a large swimming pool of 8.50 x 4.20mts, a beautiful garden, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a barbecue area and a dining room for 10 people. The chill-out area and several other areas to sit and relax under fruit trees will make this vacation one of total disconnection.
