Beautiful 430m2 villa completely fenced and built on a 10,000m2 plot in the purest Ibizan style.
It is very close to Cala Bassa beach and close to Cala Conta, Cala Tarida and Port des Torrent beaches.

The property consists of a spacious and bright living room with direct access to the large outdoor terrace and the pool. Nice dining room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, dishes, kitchen utensils, microwave, oven ...
The house has 5 double rooms with private bathrooms and 1 single room (capacity for a total of 11 people) as well as 5 bathrooms with large showers, two bedrooms, one double room with two single beds and another single room. A staircase leads to the master bedroom with double bed on the upper floor with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub, dressing room and a large terrace with a wonderful view of the sea.
The house has two outdoor bungalows with a shared terrace. Each bungalow has two single beds and a full bathroom with shower.
There is also a third independent bungalow with two beds, a small terrace with a view and a bathroom with shower. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available.
The entire front of the house has a large covered terrace with seating to eat together or just enjoy the view and tranquility.
From here we have access to the large pool area (4.5m x 12m) with a barbecue area to enjoy culinary nights with friends and family outdoors.
Services offered by the property: welcome pack, WiFi internet, AC, Movistar TV, Sonos system, alarm system, safe, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, safe in bedrooms, iron. The property is completely fenced and has 2 private parking spaces (covered).
Cleaning service: Daily cleaning service of approx. 3 or 4 hours (except Sundays and public holidays).

IMPORTANT NOTE!

Arrival procedure and key collection:

• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.

Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.

• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):

All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).

- Check-in 07:30pm-10pm : 60€
- Check-in after 10pm: 100€

Touristic Tax:
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions)

Waste disposal:
In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).

Facilities:
In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
