This beautiful 17,500 m2 villa offers a sun terrace and a 4m x 8m private pool.
Located on top of a hill, completely fenced, the house has a large parking lot and three floors of housing.
On the upper floor there is a large kitchen with an integrated dining room, a huge living room with an outdoor terrace that can also be used as a dining room. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All this with a very large luminosity and beautiful views.
On the ground floor the house has three more bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and 2 of them with access to the garden.
Huge swimming pool and furnished terrace.
There is also an outdoor leisure room, gym area with elliptical, treadmill and weights.
The rooms are equipped with AC, central heating, LCD TV, pay TV, a personal safe and a trouser press.
Cleaning service: Complete every 7 days. Change of towels during the week, for reservations of at least 7 nights.
Arrival procedure and key collection:
• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.
Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.
Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).
- Check-in 07:30pm-10pm : 60€
- Check-in after 10pm: 100€
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.
A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions)
In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).
In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).

From the booking date until 64 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 25% of the total price of the rent.
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
