With its 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the holiday home offers space for up to 12 people on two floors.
The spacious living and dining room with open kitchen is geared towards spending time with friends and family.
The huge sofa with adjoining fireplace is the perfect place for cozy evenings.
All rooms are individually and elegantly furnished.

In addition, the house has a barbecue and several relaxation areas that make it perfect to enjoy your vacation in the company of friends and family.

Arrival procedure and key collection:
• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.
Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.
Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).
- Check-in 07:30pm-10pm : 60€
- Check-in after 10pm: 100€
Touristic Tax:
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions)
Waste disposal:
In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).
Facilities:
In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
