The interior has a living area with sofas, fireplace, 40" SmartTV with internet connection in all rooms and the living room with home cinema with surround sound, dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, juicer, espresso machine, Dishwasher, laundry room with washer and dryer. Dining room for 12 people inside.

There is a recreation room with billiards, pinball, darts, poker table, casino roulette table and arcade games with more than 600 classic video games. Free WiFi connection with repeaters in all rooms is part of the basic equipment.
This elegant finca offers a large garden with a beautiful pool (10m x 5.5m), sea views and a terrace with barbecue and an outdoor dining table for up to 12 people.
Our Holiday house is just 1 km from several supermarkets and less than 10 minutes' drive from Playa d'en Bossa and Playa de Salinas. Ibiza Airport is only a 7 minute drive.
This property near San Jordi is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area but only a few minutes from the city center and the best beaches and clubs on the island (Ushuaia, HI, Pacha, Blue Marlin, Amnesia, Privilege . ..)
