Santa Eulalia des Riu - Villa

Santa Eulalia has always been characterized by family tourism, further away from mass tourism and party of Ibiza or Sant Antoni. It has the recognition and reputation of being a good gastronomic and cultural destination, with a wide range of restaurants, shops and an exclusive marina with large pleasure boats. It is worth knowing the old town, formed by numerous white houses that hang around the hill of Puig de Missa. At the top of the hill is the city church, a point from which you get wonderful panoramic views of the surroundings.

The property is divided into 3 buildings.

Main house:

1. floor:
Fully equipped kitchen (2 ovens, fridge with freezer, large gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). With access to the laundry room.
Dining area for 8 people, TV room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet.

Left bedroom: double bed (1,50m x 2m) with air conditioning and bathroom with shower.
Right bedroom: double bed (1,50m x 2m) with air conditioning and bathroom with shower.

2nd Floor:
Left bedroom: 2 beds of 90 with air conditioning and terrace. Hallway bathroom with shower.
Right bedroom with shower room and fireplace, double bed (2m x 2m), air conditioning and terrace with access to the garden. Exterior: Double bedroom: double bed (1,50m x 2m) with air conditioning and with garden terrace and private shower room.

Bungalow:
Floor 1: kitchen, living room with TV and CD player, veranda, terrace, 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (0,90m x 2m), with air conditioning. Bathroom with shower and separate entrance.
2nd floor: 1 double bedroom with double bed (1,50m x 2m), air conditioning, shower room en suite and separate entrance and large terrace.

Pool House:
Double bedroom with 2 single beds (0,90m x 2m), bathroom with shower. Large relaxation area with fridge and microwave and 1 toilet. Laundry: 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, 2 ironing boards and irons, illuminated pool ( Depth 1.40 m - 2 m), 10 hammocks, outdoor shower, benches, table tennis and several seating and dining options.
Some rooms may not be available for reservations of fewer people than the maximum capacity of the house.

IMPORTANT NOTE!

Arrival procedure and key collection:

• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.

Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.

• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):

All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).

- Check-in 07:30pm-10pm : 60€
- Check-in after 10pm: 100€

Touristic Tax:
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions)

Waste disposal:
In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).

Facilities:
In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
