Son Servera is located in the northeast of the island of Mallorca on a hill overlooking the sea. The place itself offers a traditional, Mediterranean architecture, and in the city center there are the essential health services, sports and cultural centers, schools, banks, post office, shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The popular market takes place on Friday, and the streets of the city fill with locals and visitors to take the opportunity to stroll and shop through the center. In just 15 minutes by car you can reach the well-known coastal communities of Cala Millor, Cala Bona or the tasteful Costa del Pins.
The property "El Xiclati" is one of the largest in the northeast of Mallorca. The huge manor house dates from the 17th century was renovated with great attention to detail and equipped with every comfort. The house is surrounded by a huge plot and completely fenced. The outdoor area offers various terraces and garden zones, green space for playing and a large pool (10m x 5m). In the garden shed by the pool there is a shower room and a room that stores toys and utensils that our guests can use. While chilling by the pool, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the vast countryside with trees and mountains even to the sea. There are sun loungers, parasols and several dining tables available. A large grill on the house veranda guaranties you delicious summer nights with your friends and family. The small but fine vegetable garden can be visited by our guests and for your children there are native species such as tortoises and pets such as ducks, pigs, goats and donkeys. As a family, you can spend a great time together, where a lot can be discovered. If you arrive with a rental car, you can easily park it on the covered parking spaces.
The main house has 300 m2 spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large country house kitchen with complete equipment and plenty of space for cooking and creating. The dining room right next is equipped with a huge dinning table that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people to eat and spend time together. Afterwards you can make yourself comfortable in the living room. Satellite TV, WiFi internet and music system are basic equipment here. In the cooler season, it is recommended to heat the fireplace to create a comfortable living environment. There are also 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and a full bathroom. The upper floor offers our guests a master bedroom with bathroom en suite, 2 further double bedrooms, 1 guest toilet and a living room with satellite TV. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, wardrobes and heating.
Next to the main house there is an independent annex with its own entrance which has been converted into a loft. Here is a double bedroom with shower room and a spacious living room with TV.
The traditional design and dimensions of the house with its gardens and spacious terraces offer a lot of privacy and the desired peace and quiet during the valuable vacation time. The property is ideal for large families and tour groups. If you are planning an event or a family celebration, this is also possible here, but only after consultation and with clear permission.
